Z connector not working on RAMBo

Hi,

I just completed my Rostock Max build and only two of the motors are moving. The Z axis just sits there. To rule out the motor, I swapped the Y and Z cables on the RAMBo.

The motor that is now is Y is working great, and the motor that was in Y and is now in Z is not working. So this looks like an issue on the RAMBo board with the Z motor interface.

Is there something else I can check or take a look at?

Thanks

Sounds like a bad driver circuit on the Rambo. By swapping the motors you verified the bad circuit. These driver circuits are sensitive to having wires disconnected while
the power is on so NEVER disconnect a stepper or a wire on the stepper while the power is on. I'm not saying that you did something to kill the Z driver, they sometimes
come from the factory with bad parts. I just wanted you to know the above so that you never do it. Contact SeeMeCNC support about the bad Z driver. I hope you are
not down too long, it's a bummer to get it built then you can't use it.
