My Hotend Stopped Working… Oh NO (Solution Found)

I started my evening with my normal request for the printer to "Preheat ABS". Everything went fine and the MAX came up to temp in a few minutes. The trouble started when I was ready to begin my print and noticed that my hotend was cooling off even though it was being commanded to 240C. After I tried the trick that all Microsoft users know (I restarted the MAX….. LOL) I realized I had an issue when the problem persisted. So I grabbed my multimeter and thankfully found that I had no continuity (A.K.A …. open circuit) from the hotend to the Rambo on the positive side of the harness. I started at the hotend and worked my way back from there. No obvious break was found until I tugged on the hotend harness and the wire came loose. The wire actually broke inside the insulation and the short was enough to cause my issue. I was supprized this happened since I went through a decent amount of effort to insure the cables were secure and did not bind, apparently I did not try hard enough. In any event I fixed it (see pics) but will be changing the heating element and thermistor out later this week to the 40W cartage and screw in thermistor.
PS I wish I knew why these pics show up sideways on the previews but correct if you click on them. (Taken with an iPhone)
