After printer pretty good , I removed my glass , cleaned, and was setting the z height running the scripts just fine , after running script 4 then paper test I hit script 5 which I have g28 command , rostock max makes horrible noise. the hotend is moving between x and z every time I try any script or g28 command. Seems like the Y Motor is moving down?
Any help would be awesome , Sucks to be printing pretty good and then all a sudden this. I can take a video if needed.

Well after some test and no results , I got looking at the connection which looks fine but , I unplugged the Y motor and plugged back in and it works. Now Im scared when will it do it again and why , going to be afraid to walk away from it.
Edit: And it did it again. Same thing I unplugged Y stepper connection and connected and works. Note I did not shorten any stepper motor wires and none and touching endstop wires. I have 80mm fan on Rambo and 40mm fan exhaust. I did make it through and got my z height. Heating Bed and trying again.
Im also running v.83 should I update to .91 ?

You had a loose or bad connection, I was going to say that after reading the first post but then your second post validated it. Check the connector on Y to make sure the crimps are good and you don't have any frayed wires.
.91 upgrade is not going to have an effect on a bad connector! My advise "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" If you have .83 running fine now and don't want a challenge, stay there for awhile!

Yeah I agree , I'm printed little nickel calibration test all good , but I'll be looking more closely into the connector. Just weird I got almost 72 hours of print time and no problems must be something rattling loose.

Heres what 2 out of the 4 connectors looks like. And 1 pin wasnt seated properly, removed and replace with the extras I recieved , appears to be solved now.

Hey! Glad you got it resolved! Some of the biggest problems can be tracked down to the smallest part.
Good job!
