Heat Bed Sensor

Post by bertropro »

Does anyone know how to disable the bed sensor test on boot up. I assume it would be in the firmware EPROM setting but I'm not seeing it. I have a thermistor issue and I would like to run without the heated bed until I get it fixed but it errors out and goes into dry run mode because of the heat bed sensor failure. My other two printers are easy to run without heating the bed but this one is a little more complicated.

There is a setting in the configuration.h file to disable the heatbed, just set it to 0.

Thanks. Is that file located in the Repetier host or where?

Yes, assuming you are using Repetier firmware it is in src/ArduinoAVR/Repetier folder
