Hello,
I am printing a large part and I saw that when the hot end travels I have a plastic trace on my part as you can see in the picture.
What can I do to make them disappeare ?
thanks

Common name for this is "stringing".
Try a different slicer - in my limited experience, MatterControl/MatterSlice gave me much better results than Repetier-Host/Slic3r. It may be that the initial tuning settings for each slicer are different and one worked better for me.
Adjust the hot end temp (lower).
Adjust the retract settings (more aggressive).
Adjust the travel speed (higher).
Even when using the same kind of material, a different color or same color from a different supplier may require that you adjust any of these to get best performance.

It looks like your printing swiss cheese. Good looking print!
Have you tried using the wipe feature in slic3r?
