Some prints won't start? Software cancels print prior 2 strt

Just recently re calibrated the machine but many of my prints wont start? Rostock V2

I click print but after slicing, it returns to the "print" option, without kicking the machine into gear.

Is it Z negative related? i think im minus 1mm. My allow Z negative appears to be checked. (matter control)

I realised what my problem was......

I had a large model of a rock and I only print one side of it so I "clip" 53 mm off the model to get the side I want, without wasting too much material.

You guessed it, I forgot to turn the setting off when trying smaller models.
