Repeating vertical issues

Post by joboman »

Hey guys, one week into printing on my first 3D printer, RMV2. Quality has been great so far, this is the first taller print I've done and this is showing up, any ideas what's causing it? Assuming it's a mechanical issue.

the banding is caused by loose cheapskates or effector arms, the vertical lines are a function of the slicer and your extruder settings. fix the mechanicals first. check it slowly and carefully.
