large ABS prints and curling

Good day everyone, New to the Rostock max v2, and enjoying it thoroughly.
Have learned tons thanks to the forums and info available, but I am running into a problem that I have been unable to overcome.
I am printing a large triangle that covers the entire build platform from tower to tower, that is about 1.5" thick in each direction.
I am printing seemecnc midnight black, with the following.
Extrusion temperatures of 230
Bed temperature of 90, 100, 110
Extrusion at 20mm sec for base layer and 40mm sec for subsequent.
4 outlines, 4 layers top and bottom.
First layer set to extrude at 300% height and 150% width.
Standard layer height 0.2mm
40% infill
Concentric fill, 0.35, and 0.5 mm nozzles
PEI build platform
Enclosure with heat lamp
Ambient during extrusion 50 c
Curling happens on the x, while Z never curls and y may or may not curl depending on something I have yet to identify.
I have printed worth and without a raft, no change.
Printed with brim of 6 passes and two layers, no change.
With and without cooling fan after 15 layers.
I have not used abs "glue", as I have challenges removing the parts from the PEI already.
What suggestions do you guys have? I really need to figure this out. I have a few projects waiting on this.
Please advise, and thanks in advance.
Mitch
