Need Help :) Thermistor for Bed

Hi :)

New to Rostock and relatively new to 3d printing. Though I have owned another, this was my first venture into the building of it. Loved it so far, but have one issue that seems to have me.

I have soldered/wired the Thermistor to the bed as instructed. at first it didnt seem like a clean solder, but today cleaned it all up, still issue persists. And that issue is this...

My readout for the actual bed temp is not accurate at all. Right now, with the bed not heated, it sits at/around 13.3 c, which is 56f. Its much warmer than that. When I head the bed to a point where I can only keep my hand on it for a few seconds (so I'd guess over 120f), the actual shows 17.0c (63f). The most I can get it to is 20c and thats pretty warm (probably 140-150f). So, it seems to slightly adjust based on heat, but not accurately at all. almost like there is a very wrong scale being applied to it.

Thoughts? Bad Thermistor? Bad connection?? Can I bypass the board connection and go directly from the thermistor to the Rambo connector?

Thanks for the help,
Az
