Not exactly sure how to describe what my problem is, so I made a video. I was almost finished calibrating / adjusting endstops and HR after swapping to longer arms (~295.2 mm). The Z and Y macros were spot on and so was the X the first time I hit it, but after adjusting its endstop and hitting home to check the new height, the carriage started going the wrong way. I shut it off and reset the positions manually, and well you can see in the video.... (i had some trouble getting the embed to work so heres the url: https://youtu.be/K4zuTsili08 )

Im running Repetier 91s and everythings stock except the arms and hot end. HR is currently at 129.85 or so I originally started at 140 and have worked my way down. The prior iteration at 130.2 was almost good and everything went smoothly.

UPDATE... after re watching the video i realized my x tower endstop is probably stuck on and thats probably the whole problem..... agreed? again thanks!

Pull your carriages down off the endstop switches and test with the M119 command. What does it show?

So new end stop

Just check to make sure it's wired the same as Y and Z. I believe using the two outside connections on the switch. Then make sure it's on the correct pins on the Rambo.
Post a picture of your Rambo, if anything doesn't stand out right away.
If that doesn't help, check that the wire are not crossing/touching the stepper wires. Although I would expect that to be a more intermittent issue.


Edit: I just noticed your forum registration date and realized this wasn't a new build. If it's been working, then it might be a dead switch. You can try to manually wiggle or push the button in, might work to reset it.
