Bad printing start

Bad printing start

I have been printing just fine but after I tried to automatic level my machine and adjusted the extruder hight, when I go to print the extruder goes straight down to the center of the glass and suddenly shoots out to the right and twards what would be 2 oclock and tries to start the print there.
Any suggestions?
I've considered re installing the Mattercontrol.

Using Slic3r, right?
