Build platform out of sync. with exposure on bottom layers

Hi Guys, Getting there now with some nicer prints, but I'm having problems with the bottom layers. The build platform is rarely down in the resin when the light comes on for exposure. I have been getting separating layers on the base and sometimes the model will fall off, if it gets to completion. I set thing up to be .010 thickness @ 2500 ms exposure with 4 bottom layers @ 6000 ms exposure Here is the result. Any Ideas ? P.S. the synchronization is fine after the bottom layers.
