Bed leveling, problems between towers - Rostock Max v2

Hi Everybody
I'm on the Rostock Max V2 with injection molded carriages.
I'm having problems with my bed leveling between the towers. I've started doing large prints, and I'm far off the mark between all towers.
A quick overview of my problem:
1. I'm level at center and out towards the towers.
2. I'm above the bed between the towers.
What have I done:
1. Z-height and end stops are calibrated using the paper method.
2. Horizontal radius is calibrated, so that the nozzle is at 0.2 at the center and at all towers.
What does not seem to work:
1. Adjusting the Carriage Horizontal Offset value. I have tried this after reading the description here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E-92PSNINO0 Even vastly exaggerating this value, seems to have no effect.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
