I increased the teflon tube 4 mm in order to eliminate any space between the nozzle and teflon. But the problem remained.

Manufacturer's guidelines:

a basically print at a highest temp before the ABS is going to degrade.
eg. for the white one about 210 C

Every hot-end is different, you have to try.

I'll clean the nozzle and redo temperature measurements in all parts of the extruder:
1) Without ABS plastic.
2) With ABS plastic.
