Here is a ornament i downloaded from Thingiverse.
had a few issues with it but came out pretty nice,
was a lot bigger than i was expecting though.

i had to do a little sanding on it, but spins nicely. i tied it to my big fan to wear it in.

My first print has completed and i am very happy with this machine.
I printed the fan shroud and layer fan holder to get started.

after a lot of double checking my worse fears were confirmed,i had a faulty PSU.
i have it replaced now and all seems to be working great. my first print of the fan shroud is under way.
many thanks to all that replied and the quick response from the support team at SeeMeCNC.

I've taken the acrylic sides off and directed a temporary fan to blow thru but still having no luck.
as soon as it heats up, it beeps and gives hands clear message , extruder drops down then shuts it down before the first layer even gets around.

i just finished my build on the Rostockmax v2 kit. it powered up and all seemed to be going great, i uploaded the Repetier-Host and followed the manual. my heat bed and extruder seem to be working great and holding set temps. when i go to print my fan shroud it prints out the first layer or so then ...

i was worried about being able to do this without any hands on help, but it all went together rather smoothly.

got my kit for the Rostock v2 an almost ready to plug in the power cord.
never built anything like this, but seemed to go rather smooth.
guess i will find out soon.
