Re: Rostock Max v3 only Duet upgrade?

I don't know which one of the SeeMeCNC boards does the trick, but I got mine from duet directly...I dont think SeeMeCNC had theirs yet at the time.

Re: Rostock Max v3 only Duet upgrade?

I got the duet board and smart effector upgrade on my old V2. After some tweaking to get the settings dialed in, it prints better than ever.

Re: Flashforge is using the name Artemis on one of their printers now?

Is it one of those situations where it'll cost more to go to court than it would to just move on?

Flashforge is using the name Artemis on one of their printers now?

Sorry if this has been discussed already. What is the deal with another company using the name of an already established printer?

Re: Upgraded to Duet, now what should I use for bed probing?

Got the smart effector and hooked it all up. I am wrangling gcode and whatnot now. This thing is a whole different animal. Let the learning begin....again.

Upgraded to Duet, now what should I use for bed probing?

I just got a duet wifi and am in the process of installing it. My question now is where should I go from here. Which of the probe methods is most reliable for someone that never changes their glass bed out. Should I look at a BLTouch, FSR setup, or Smart Effector. I already have the ballcup arms and...

Re: Updating to MatterControl 1.7 ruins prints

Back to the original topic here....I updated to 1.7 and my macros dont work correctly now. I have a Max-V2 and am trying to level the bed after installing an e3dv6, but the 4 macros I created in 1.6 no longer work. I sent some information on the problem to Matterhackers. Anyone else have any issues?...

Can't change my temperature....sort of

OK....so I have had the printer (Rostock Max V2) for about 2 years...and it's been printing fine. I print almost exclusively ABS, but I got some PLA and wanted to play around with it. I changed the settings in MatterControl and saved them as a preset and started printing, I noticed that the temperat...
