So after testing everything and it all looking good and finding no signs of shorts, I decided to try a different SD card and now the printer works normal.

Turns out it was the SD card that went bad all along. I guess I don't need anyone's help after all.

After toying with it some more, the problem only happens when the SD card is inserted. When the SD card is not in its slot, the printer is normal with all LCD functions. As soon as the SD card is inserted, the printer runs on a constant loop of restarting itself, so I don't think this is a Rambo iss...

So my printer is 4y/o this month and has been ol reliable up until today. I purchased the 1/8" x 12" x 12" sheet. Mine is also shiny on both sides and I have been printing on it for 2 weeks now and everything has stuck right to it.

It absolutely is. I just got it powered right now, but I need to design up a new layer fan mount since the squirrel cage won't fit due to the lights.
