Yes I gave up on that particular file. It was just one I found that I thought would solve fill my needs from thingiverse. Since I couldnt print it I just designed my own from the ground up and for the same exact part more or less my new stl was only 6 mb.

Is there a file size limit in OctoPrint? I am trying to print a part that has an stl of 69mb but I can do anything with it. When i try to slice it the browser freezes and says it ran out of memory. Maybe there is a setting or something I can change to allow larger files?

yeah i think that was the case when i experienced the issue. I was trying to get my bed temp up (which is apparently a chalenge on v3)

I noticed that when I cancel a print on OctoPrint my target temps stay the same. I cant even manually turn them off. The only way I can get them to turn off is to shut down the server, then turn the printer off and back on. Am I missing anything that would be easier than that?

I finally got a chance (Thanksgiving and all) to look at Octoprint. Wow it looks awesome. Definitely calms my fears of not being able to use MatterControl exactly how I was used to if I were to upgrade to a v3 with Rpi. Which I plan to.
