Re: Rostock Max V2 Preheat Causes Software Crash
Im mislabelling it then. In the manual, the first print is a PEEK fan shroud that the fan mounts to. That fan isn't working now. It's proper name is probably a hot end fan

Re: Rostock Max V2 Preheat Causes Software Crash
I've submitted a ticket and, as you have seen, I've dropped a few lines in other parts of the forum looking for a replacement. I do have another issue though. I updated to the latest version of the firmware for the V2, and now on preheat the extruder cooler does not turn on. I used a multimeter, and...

Re: Rostock Max V2 Preheat Causes Software Crash
Hi. Thanks for the reply. It was indeed a broken curcuit at the bottom of the heated bed. Is it possible to buy a replacement for the onyx rev7?

Re: Hot end not heating
ive been setting the temps using the preheat function in the drop down menu. i used mattercontrol, the seemecnc version for the rest of the time, it would heat the hot end. i have 5 days of print time and have tested the temps at the nozzle using a temp gun, they are within the standard sigma(error ...

GoPro mount for GoPros with piggyback accessories
hi all, i just put up a mount for GoPros with accessories on the back, such as extended batteries and screens and such. the mount allows you to also use a chest harness without the GoPro being angled. All questions welcomed.

Hot end not heating
hi all, so far I've amassed 5 days of print time on my rostock max v2 rev. 3. In that time, I've used simplify 3d almost exclusively, but there is a problem. I have my hot end set to T0, but simplify 3d will no heat it. it heats the bed, and set points work for the bed, but it would appear the hot e...

Concentric layer fan shroud
hey everyone, I've had this up on thingiverse for a bit, and figured its would be good for the community. The design improves on the original, and removes the need for extra layer fans. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1377757" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Cannot Print with Software other than Mattercontrol
Hello everyone, I recently finished my Rostock Max V2 Rev. 3 and I'm having a terrible time getting prints to work. The problem would appear to either be in Configuration.h, or my slicing software. I have tried Cura, and Simplify3D, but when the print starts, the nozzle crashes in to the build plate...
