The idler bearings now have new injection molder spacers.
They snap into the bearings and use the same screws as the original metal spacers

I got back home about 7pm on Sunday and by the time I unloaded there was no work time. Monday was catch up around the house so little was done. I estimate I am 90% done. Now to find some quiet time in the next few days. (My daughter is home on spring break so family get priority)

The current kits come with the black finned spacers that snap nicely in place. (or at least in the 15 kits we saw this weekend)

The longer screws were for the hot end carriages and the slightly shorter screws were for the cheapskate bearing supports.
