Looks like a partial clog to me. My jamb nut backed off once and half way clogged up between the ptfe tube and heat brake and it looked exactly like that.

Fix for your v3 calibrating.
So I had an issue with my v3’s calibration. Long story short, I hit the wrong button, it lost its mind, and just rammed itself into the Z tower or bed when i tried to do a full calibration. This fixed it, literally copy and paste this Into your G code editor, load it to your SD card and hit go. M502...
