Thanks guys for the replies, both are very helpful. I have indeed popping sounds, and I'm running ABS at 230C. However, I have tried lower temps, but the gaps persist, and with lower temps it seems I starve on filament. I still melts at 220C, since I can extrude it, but on the job it seems to starve...

Hi guys, I´m new on the Rostock printing, and I´m testing several different parameters. When printing single perimeter walls (even 3 perimeters), I´m getting those holes, as if there is not enough filament to fill these gaps. The only workaround I found out was to manually pre-heat the extruder and then removed the M109 S230 G-code, so it skips the temperature check and starts working.

If anyone of you experts find a solution to try, please let me know!
