got a few print errors after doing the same print twice fine.
then did another pid tune and m500 saved, then did the g32 to calibrate and got and error as follows:
Height Error Diff(0.15) above maximum tolerance (0.05) retrying.. THE 0.15 NUMBER CHANGES A BIT EACH TIME I PROBE OR G32...
in the pics attached you can see the error that strted me checking configs..
im re-printing the initial firstprint.gcode that i got from seeme during the end of the configuration steps.. see if its the printer or the cura processing.
thanks
m
update: on printing the firstprint.gcode benchy, it also got off vertical and started just stringing up as pictured.
thanks everyone.

Re: Error: during calibration after print errors
Are you calibrating with the bed hot or cold?
I'd check to make sure that all the stepper motor connectors have their pins fully seated in the shells.
The only time I've seen layer skip like that is when the nozzle struck the print during a travel move. What slicer are you using?

Re: Error: during calibration after print errors
cura. the first few i did cam out great, i am noticing the carriages seem louder moving around... how would i check the stepper motor connectors, on the arduino boar on top i assume
marc
trying it cold now g32
i checked the stepper motor connectors in the board, seemed solid, all 3 sets. then did the first probe and g32 while cold, seemed ok, then printed the rods again, and they look good almost done...? so im not sure what it was other than the warm/cold bed...? but what may have caused it to lose its calibration initially?

Re: Error: during calibration after print errors
Sometimes the FSRs get cranky when they're too warm. I haven't had the issue with my Artemis, but I've heard it happening to others. The simple solution is to just calibrate with the bed cold.

Re: Error: during calibration after print errors
perhaps the layer shift is due to a speed setting being too high...
Re: Error: during calibration after print errors
thanks for the help as always gene!
without the community id be nowhere.
the artemis has been printing all day, doing little projects ive had, trying it out... its cranking.
i do notice a little rattle or vibration coming from the hot end cooling fans.. i notice one of them the thin bottom corner flat is a little gap open, maybe thats the vibrating...
