Anyone going to get the Duet 2 Maestro board to test when it releases.

Thomas Sanladerer talks to one of the guys who develops the board about it.

Interested to see if it will perform the same with the added lower cost.
Something to keep watch on.

My take away from watching that clip is that it will not perform the same as the Duet 2, and tailored more for the OEMs,,, But I nominate you to get back with us on your impressions. The Duet 3 on the other hand,,,,,

Will work for a standard build, the ZL will need two more drivers, which is sounds like may be able to be added.

Absolutely. All the standard Duet features, but limited to 5 drivers, and a tiny bit slower, that sounds perfect for a high quality low budget build.

Ok it's up with more info.

Standard build would benefit the most.
For $99 instead of $169.99 not bad.

I'm currently building a 300 ZL and don't want to wait any more.

So looking at the side-by-side comparison, the one feature I wish the Maestro had is wifi...any chance of a variant or easy way to add it on?
