Post by bsmith »

Just purchased two v3 machines for my High School (Lakeshore HS in Michigan) We currently have one machine built and printing. The second machine is almost done.

Real cool. I'm about an hour away, and if you run into trouble, me and some of the others at the Washtenaw Community college print lab may be able to help. You may also want to bring a highschool class by to see it, since the college has been doing a lot of tours of it (If no one has already done one or set one up at your highschool). Best of luck getting them set up, and it may be a smart idea to get enclosures for them quickly, considering what I've seen with high school students (And UM professors), when they see printers running.
Machines:
Rostock Max V2, Duet .8.5, PT100 enabled E3D V6 and volcano, Raymond style enclosure
Automation Technology 60W laser cutter/engraver
1m X-carve router
