Take some longish pin headers and stick them into the "small" hole of the connector all the way down and this will open up the holes, then you can insert your wires and remove the headers one at time, no need to tin the wires which can have mix results in the long run.
Ignore the groady ass finger nails.

Just what I needed, white wire came out and I can't get it to stay in the hole no matter what I do... I'm going to try putting a pin in it Thank you!!
