Flow Rate?

I have a Orion Delta and am running ABS filament. I wanted to see what effect does the flow rate have on the prints? I have the speed set to 75% so it has more time to do its printing and I have the bed at 90 and the head at 235 and it seems to not print bad but can be very stringy and it's not a nice smooth surface. Any ideas? Thanks

Changing speed does nothing to flowrate. With flowrate you can adjust for under or over extrusion. Something that should better be taken care if in your material profile (accurate filament diameter) and ofcourse a calibrated extruder.
