OctoPrint runs on the Pi. You CAN use OctoPrint for two printers at once, but there's additional configuration you've got to do - there are guides on the 'net on how to do it. If you want to run only one printer at a time, there's nothing special you need to do other than setting each printer up in OctoPrint.
