[Solved] Cura 15.02.1 isn't generating support horiz overhan

I finally got around to installing my Cyclops (yay!), and I seem to have run into an issue with Cura.

For some reason Cura really doesn't want to support horizontal overhangs.

I've seen this with two models now, and included a screenshot of the settings. You can see that it supports the through hole, but no support is generated for the overhang on the left of the part.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is there some setting or combination of settings that I'm missing?
I've already tried playing with the overhang angle, and the distance z, with no effect.

Sometimes arbitrarily changing the resolution of the support, or the overhang angle, will force it to generate support where it failed to with other settings.

Yeah, I've been making all kinds of changes to those settings, but still no support for horizontal overhangs.

I also completely uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted, and cleared out all preference files. Still does it.

And it's not just this model. I have another model with horizontal overhangs and no support is generated on that file either.

very strange.

Oh good grief. Found it.

Shell thickness needs to be a multiple of your extrusion width.

If it's not a multiple of your extrusion width, for whatever reason, it "skips" generating support for horizontal surfaces.

Bam!
