Looks good as a first printer. The lack of a heated bed limits you to PLA but I am sure that you knew that.
Good build!

Missing heated bed? Am I missing something or is that not an Onyx?

You are correct, I didn't look that closely, now that I do it certainly is an Onyx.Nylocke wrote:Missing heated bed? Am I missing something or is that not an Onyx?
Thanks for correcting me and my apologies to Khalid Khattak.

That's cool. After two kits from different vendors, I need to build my own printer someday.
Questions? Ask in a thread - PMs are off.

I've been watching your build comments for a few months now. You are impressive, and so is your printer. Looking forward to seeing your creation when it starts printing.

Re: My OPTIMUS-4G 3D Delta Printer
626Pilot.. I never purchased a Kit... My first 3D printer was named as DELTA-1 ( You can see the making thread in SeeMeCNC forum)..That printer was made using my homemade CNC machine.. Now making this second one Optimus-4G is made with the help of CNC machine and Delta-1....
Delta-1 never failed... It gave me excellent results i always use ABS and so far its printing excellent... Optimus 4G will be much better in precision in speed. I will suggest you to shift toward Magnetic joints (arms+effector)...what an ease to work with...
