For Autodesk Inventor users, Autodesk Exchange has a thread modeler app to help you add threads to your parts, quite easily I may add. Yes, I know you can already add threaded features to your parts in Inventor, but if you try to print, no threads! Its only a visual tool in Inventor. With the Thread Modeler you add one extra step into the process and you have actual threads that you can print! I have yet to do much substantial testing with this tool, but my initial impression has been good.
