Wondered if anyone had looked into this?
Mine makes quite an annoying noise when extruding, it would kind of suggest too much current, but I'm only at 165 as it is! May try 155 and see what kinda noise that makes, but wondered if anyone had thought about isolating vibrations etc from it?
Cheers

Have you considered adding an AstroSyn damper to the extruder?

If you have the stock extruder holder you could replace the melamine spacers with something softer. The other thing would be to attach rubber sheeting or something to the melamine bracket to absorb vibrations. In the Olde Days we used lead sheets.
