2 Into 1 Dual Filament Feed Adapter

anyone working with the new adapter for the V3? having issues getting a good print. issues are my purge tower switches back and forth through materials, cant get the tower to print outer wall and then just solid infill diagonally, and not fully sure how to tweak my gcode like the before and after tool change gcode. I am trying KISS now with different issues. cant find any guides on youtube?
