I bought a small spool of this and tried it on my Orion today. I am getting pretty good results printing at 215C and 15mm/s. It is very flexy and strong. I was suprised the stock extruder/Bowden setup on the Orion could handle it. Thus far, I have only done continuous spiral mode prints with no travels and no infill.

M3D doesn't give you very much info on this material.

I bought some SemiFlex also, and it seems to have about the same flexibility as the Tough Ink, which explains why the Tough Ink seems to print OK in the Orion.

I am getting the best results with the Tough Ink at 205C and 15mm/s. I tried 25mm/s, but the filament got looped inside the stock Orion extruder and stopped feeding.

Even hollow objects with a single perimeter wall are really tear-resistant, with great layer adhesion.
