Re: Z-arm problem
Ok, I solved the problem, fortunately. It was just loose the belt tension, it was enough to give a new tension to the belt and everything is back to normal.

Re: Z-arm problem
Thanks for the reply. The script is correct, I use my Rostock for almost a year now and only a few days I have this problem. More than a problem of commands I think it's a problem of the belt which is manifested only when I ask the printer to check the script1 for the Z axis. I looked carefully and ...

Re: Z-arm problem
I add a detail. When I launch the script the script 2 or 3 or 4 script to verify that the printer is properly calibrated, the carriage of the Z axis has no problem, no bumps, no strip and does not skip. I get this problem only when I launch the script1 for the test on the Z axis

Re: Z-arm problem
What the duck tape? So you think that the problem is not the teeth of the strap, but instead believe that the trolley bump on his arm?Jimustanguitar wrote:If it doesn't move and it's supposed to, lubricate. If it moves and its not supposed to, duck tape.

Z-arm problem
Hello to all. I wanted to get your help regarding my Rostock Max. For about two days I can not print. I do not know the causes of the reason, but it seems that there is some problem with the Z-axis arm. When I launch the script1 to check the calibration on the Z axis to the outer edge of the plate ...

Re: Heated Bed problem
Thanks Eaglezsoar I followed the steps and now everything is back ok. I connected the thermistor pin T3 in bed and I modified the firmware as you said. Now I can read through Repetier temperatures regularly :) I hope to resume printing quickly;) PS: why the T2 pin is burned? I fear that happening to ...

Re: Heated Bed problem
Yes, the thermistor of extruder is connected at T0 and it works.
The thermistor of the bed is connected to T2 and does not work.
I tried to connect the thermistor of the bed in the slot T0 and Repetier verified that the bed and the thermistor function, but not on port T2.

Re: Heated Bed problem
Eaglezsoar Thanks for the quick response. I gave a controlled thermistor marking 127k (I think it's more or less ok) and I've verified that the connections were open and functioning. I thought about changing the port of the thermistor of the bed with the extruder (which I left off) and repetier read ...

Hello, today I had a problem during printing. While my Rostock Max suddenly worked the thermistor of heatedbed scored a temperature of -20 °. I thought it was broken but actually connecting the thermistor to hotend I verified that this worked correctly. In Repeterier Host is not reported no errors, ...

Re: Rostock Max not work
[quote= The hotend that you presently have should be fine for most applications, you just have to ensure that you dress the wires properly so that there is no chance of shorting out wires, but that is true of any hotend that you would use. You found out the hard way that the way the wires are done ...

Re: Rostock Max not work
Fortunately everything works. Only the thermistor has failed and Repetier shows such as temperature -20 ° C absolutely have to order them a new one. But I want to ask you if you can replace the Hot End with a simpler version as J-Head MKV. Compared to that currently in use the J-Head is less ...

Re: Rostock Max not work
Yes, really really luck ^ _ ^
But at this point I'm thinking that in Rambo there is a security system that acts as a "life saver" for the normal electrical current.
This thing is real, or i am just been kissed by an angel?

Re: Rostock Max not work

I tried it and got the same results. Just connect the USB cable is a windows error messages (code 10 or code 43 ) and says that the device is not recognized. By the manual, I go on device manager and install the driver Rambo, but at the end of installation it says "the driver is installed correctly ...

Re: Rostock Max not work
In my PC there are only two USB ports. Until yesterday I could plug the USB cable in both Rostock and it worked . Today one of the two doors does not signal the printer input and the other when I insert the cable brings me the error that I described earlier. I tried reinstalling the drivers for ...
