PRINTER HEAT BED NOT HEATING ALL THE WAYUP
we have fully assembled the rostock max, tested the power supply, tested the board, tried to do the pid autotune start-(nothing even attempts to start- says "one command waiting". Bed will rise to about 80 degrees and cuts off when I manually heat the bed up using the heat bed button. any one know ...

I am using "M303 P1 S60" command .once, it reached target temp but then it dropped like normal, but the repeiter software did not register any kp, ki, or kd's.

the lcd said idle during heating then killed after done. no information on the pids were there and yet after it stopped heating the program still said 1 command waiting

There are 3 fuses on the Rambo, did you check them all? (One big fuse, 2 little ones in small sockets) where are the two small ones? are they the two tan little things and if so how do you check them?[/quote] ok I checked all three fuses(assuming the other two were the tan ones near the power ...

If the board operates via USB and you've verified the power supply works, then the power connection to the RAMBo is incorrect or faulty. g. unfortunately we did test that connection directly at the pins and they all read 12v also when the usb powers the board the lcd turns on,aslo when I plug the ...
