Re: Problem with calibration
You can do this by locating the line in Configuration.h that reads “#define EEPROM_MODE” You'll change the value that's listed to “0” in order to turn off the EEPROM feature. Once your PRINTER_RADIUS configuration is completed, change it back to “1” to re-enable the EEPROM. I took this out of the ins ...

Problem with calibration
I calibrated the xyz towers perfectly and then when i ran script 4 the hot end pinned the paper. So i read the instructions and this would be considered a concavity. I went in to arduino and changed the eeprom mode to 0 like they said to do and then bumped the printer radius down. When i saved it ...

Re: Hot End Jamming!
I found out through trial and error that the photo shown in the instruction document was incorrect. The peak fan should have been plugged into Fan 0 on the RAMBO not Fan 1.

Hot End Jamming!
My hot end seems to be clogging up and jamming causing the extruder to skip. When this happens the quick disconnect at the top of the hot end gets jammed as well making it impossible to pull the filament out of causing me to have to buy another quick disconnect. This has happened twice now and there ...

Hot end and Heat Bed Issue!
When I completed building my rostock I made sure that the hot end and the heat bed functioned properly in which case they did. After having to Emergency stop my process because I had a hot end Jam from the Filament I had to take it apart. Two weeks later I put the hot end back on and started the ...

Re: Print_Radius problem
so then what script do i run after i change the EEPROM to "0" and lower/raise the printer_radius number. Since I ran script 4 last and the z height is maxed out, it wont allow me to go any farther down unless I change the z height.

Re: Print_Radius problem
ok. My x , y and z are dead on. when I run script 4 the head stops 3/4 from the hot plate. this would indicate that I have a convexity issue correct? so when I go into change the printer_radius number it does nothing when I run script 4. It returns to the same spot every time whether i change the ...

Problem with Printer_Radius!
I bought a rostock max and have gotten up to changing the Printer_Radius in order to adjust for the convexity that my printer seems to be having as it stops about 3/4in above the hot plate. For some reason though when I change the Printer_Radius number and run script 4 it doest nothing but return to ...
