So after some work we have the Auto_Bed_Leveling working but Dual Extrusion still causes us Headache. The problem seems to be the "T1"-command to change to extruder 2. Once the g-code reaches the T1 the normal printing move stopps and the printer moves upwards till it crashes into the endstops. From ...

Jep and it seems to work fine until it eighther moves up 20cm and prints with the second extruder in the air or it runs up agains the endstops. Extruder Offsets are correct as well.

Two g-codes are attached here.
both worked on the old firmware but (Ex 1+(Ex 2 infill) causes failure with the new one.
Our guess of what goes might be the problem is that the firmware overrides the slic3r settings for dual extruders and parts of both setting are used.
