Re: Early Kit, Late Build
I'm not sure what you mean by V3 bed - the V2 is the latest Rostock Max and this uses the same bed as the V1, so I don't there will be any issues with your build at all. Is this the machine you bought? http://seemecnc.com/products/rostock-max-complete-kit It's a v2 RoStockMax. Check the build ...

Early Kit, Late Build
I got an early v2 kit on March 4th but work has prevented me from starting my build until now. I noticed a few kit changes since I got mine. I'm sure I have a v2 onyx bed. Is the v3 bed significantly different to justify swapping it out? Is there anything else that I should be aware of on the kit ...

Re: .35mm Nozzle vs .50 Nozzle
Thank you for a starting point using Simplify3D. I use it extensively on my FlashForge and Printrbot. I'm glad you have worked on a profile for me to start from.

7/16 hex?
On the tools list, it says we need a 7/16” Allen (hex) wrench. Page 81, shows "Install two #6-32 Nylon lock nuts on the back and tighten them down using a 7/16 hex wrench and a 5/16” wrench." Are we really using a 7/16 hex (allen) wrench? That is HUGE! We had to hunt for one and I just don't see whe ...

Re: Max v2 is Back in Black
I decided to get white because if you pick black, its 100% black.. all of it!! I may not be able to find it.. That's why you trick it out with LEDs :D Yea, but it would be nice to see a picture of one. I would never purchase anything without knowing what it looks like. They tried, but every ...
