Would the 'flow tweak' have confirmed this? <0.80 it doesn't flow enough material to print without major holesPolygonhell wrote:Unless it's the first couple of layers, it's more likely to be too much plastic being extruded, you need to do an extruder calibration.

Nozzle Dragging vs Z-calibration
Using latest releases of Slic3r, Cura and KISSlicer I've observed the nozzle interfering / dragging on the previous layer, enough to deform the shape as it runs it's path. Using KISSlicer, I played with changing the nozzle width (trickery) and flow tweak from 0.50 - 1.2, didn't help only hindered. I ...
