Yes, at second look the g2/3 commands not are very useful with this mcu (atmega2650).

Really interesting. In practice the error is made by slicer that no do a compensation on the mesh. IMO an little modification on slicer that scale up any circle or arch by a coefficient of they triangular face can correct the problem. After a week of test i'm not been able to obtain a right dimension of my printed object. Usually the external dimensions are right or slightly smaller but every circle and hole are smaller just of 1 / 0.8mm There is not correlation with layer width and hole error; i also tried to switch my nozzle ...

When i uploaded the gcode repeater can't redownload it; it can only start the sd print.

I tried to modify a old gcode uploaded through repeater to my sd but it look like unformatted/unreadable jam of symbol.
I used notepad, gedit, word and google doc for open it without success.

Unfortunately no. My original tube is too short. ( i cutted it :oops: ). So my printer can't reach the X tower. I'll attempt ask to my hardware store to find a similar tube.... but i know only one dimension for this type 2mm int. / 4 ext. Probably the material make difference. Edit: I'm feel so ...

Yes in fact i add a heatsink on all motor driver with a thermal pad to prevent overheat and made some hole on the bottom of the front panel. I also added 4 small heatsink on the motors ( 1 per side ). My doubt is: can the aluminium heatsink disturb the motor?? The extruder motor is the only one have ...
