Works great heats to 110C in less than 4 minutes. A few days ago the machine was warming the extruder to 245C and I lost all ...

Re: Fan Direction after Upgradeing to 29amp PS
I have gone back and reviewed my installation. I had it installed correctly. I am felling more flow now. The fan blades must have been restricted by an internal cable. Thanks for your reply.

Re: Garbled text on LCD screen
I stand corrected. I assumed the display was an I2C device. I have another arduino system I built utilizing that bus for the display. So when I got a garbled screen and it cleared when I unplugged the I2C bus from the Rambo I assumed the bus contention. Thanks for clearing that up. I still ...

Fan Direction after Upgradeing to 29amp PS
After upgrading my V2 machine's power supply from the old ATX supply to the new 29 amp frame unit I have noticed that the new fan I installed on the new rear right panel is sucking outside air into the area above the internal fan on the new power supply. Is this the correct direction? Seams like it ...

Re: Garbled text on LCD screen
I have upgraded my v2 to v3 and added the HE280. This upgrade path introduced expansion the I2C bus to the print head assembly. This required the reallocation of existing wires run through the rear column. The Display Assembly also runs on the I2C bus internal on the Rambo board. Someone in one of ...

Re: G29 issues after conversion to HE280
My printer is working pretty good now. I have discovered a new issue. If I put G29 in the Start G-Code, when I run the job the bed heats up to my desired temp, then starts the auto alignment procedure. The problem is the bed temperature is turned off by calling of the G29 routine. Afteer the G29 ...

Re: G29 issues after conversion to HE280
I am sure the I2C buss is working now and the terminal screens are correct now. Some observations; The occasional garbage I get started when I started using the I2C buss. I observed that when the screen was hung it cleared by disconnecting the buss. The display buss is also on that buss... A better ...

Re: G29 issues after conversion to HE280
I just completed the v2 to v3 upgrade with the HE280.I had the same issue too. I fixed it by manually setting the Z height to old way. The printer thinks the bed is lower so the head crashes. G29 worked after that.
