Re: Bed leveling issues
Hey Teoman, You're spot on. I actually tried this a bit earlier, but i didn't adjust all three screws out, just the y and z tower (tried a shortcut). However did this again now with adjusting all the screws out three turns and started all over again. It works! When doing the radius adjustment i ...

Re: Bed leveling issues
Hey! Thanks for the reply. The thing is that i've done these steps according to the manual, but i'm still ramming the bed at G0 Z0 X-77.94 Y-45 F3500. I've now turned the screw in 4 turns to the right and it doesn't help turning it more as that cheapskate body is now hitting the end stop switch ...

Bed leveling issues
Heeeelp I'm pulling out the few hairs i got left now.. I've built my Rostock MAX now and really pleased with how it turned out! Cred to @geneb for a fantastic manual. (although i got puzzled by the 18 and 22 gauge wire issues with the manual describing fan wires to be pulled together with 22 gauge ...

Trouble with Onyx Rev 5 (6) bed installation
Hi. I'm assembling my rostock max rev 2 printer. All is going well until i started installing the onyx bed. Of the 12 holes only 6 of them are countersink, and of course those are not the ones i need to use for the installation. The description says rev 5 on the bed it self, but this bed does only ...

Re: Hi from Norway!

Now i'm afraid to continue any further incase i need to pull it apart again for the bed assembly for some reason. Also i used one of the hole cut outs to assemble ...

Re: Rostock-D2
Hi Jim. This looks awsome and i would like to do the same with the one i'm building. Are you ok with me being a copycat? Also i read somewhere else someone using a paint which tolerates heat. Is that strictly necessary? Have you used that to? If not do you see any issues with it now that it's been ...

Hi from Norway!
Hi everybody. Thought i'd drop by and introduce myself. I'm a mechanical engineer working in Norway primarily with offshore stuff. Moving to project manager position so i figured i'd better get hold of something that could keep my design skills fresh. I came across the Rostock Max at a suppleir who ...
