Hello. i have run into a problem. my fan_0 don not work. when i use the command M42 P6 S255 it turms on fan_1 and repetier can not use fan_1 as "intelligent" cooling for the print. here is my Question: dos anny of you out there have a firmware that is redy to be uploaded to rambo? cause i am not ...

it was worth a shoot... i also have a older rambo 1.0e ( i think ) laying around and now i am afraid that it might be the firmware from 1.0e that is on the 1.1b card.... so now i have something to test. thanks again.

It says it on the board. close to power in. like this.

are you using a rambo 1.1b board by anny chance?

i just rechecked all 3 fuses. and they are unfortunately fine.

nope sry. repetier turns on and mouves the bar from 0-100 but i get no voltage out on either fan0 heat1 fan1 or fan2. thats why i thought my board was broken. but m42 p6 s255 turns 12v on fan1.
and yes. i am looking for a fan to help in layer print.

only 1 extruder but the command m42 p6 s255 turns on Fan_1 not fan_0

Holy S*** now there is power on Fan_1 :D After typing m42 p6 s255 i get 12v on Fan_1. and by using different numbers 0-255 i can adjust the voltage/speed...... a quick question. i can only find one place in config.h that says anything about cooling. and thats at the bottom saying: Extr. 1 extruder cooler speed (255). is that the only thing in config.h that have somthing to do with cooling?

just tryed that. m106 s255. turns the fan on in repetier, but no new lights flashes...

hey Polygonhell. i just uploaded a picture of my board. the black "circles" are the places that i mesur for power when all is turned on in repetier. and with no luck. the small red circle seen on the picture have never been on or blinking. all 3 fuses are fine and the printer prints pretty well ...

i just tryed installing repetier-host v1.00b just to se if that helped.... but sadly no, the fans still receive no power.

i cant think of anny thing more to do than replace the rambo board... damn..... annyone got one lying around?
