This is the button just below the DRO that says machine cordnetns. By zeroing the way you discribe will only set the position of the part on the table. At least ...

I have yet to put a dial indicator on it. Here's how I mounted it. I tried ...

Re: Water cooled hot end. Just the begining.

Last night I had the hole head together. I put water to it using a windshield washer pump. One of the drilling's was to close to the center hole. I had water leaking out the end of the nozzle. So much for using a hand drill  I was able to put some heat to it. With the leak the nozzle end cooled ...

Re: Water cooled hot end. Just the begining.

Stienman I most definitely will keep you posted. After looking at other options of fans for cooling ext.. I liked the idea of liquid cooling. My brain was racking around this thing all day. I figured I will put 2 thermistors in the system. I will be able to monitor the temp above the choke and in ...

Re: Hello All.

Thanks John. I have been watching your youtube. I love the power of Mach. I built a Hot wire foam cutter last winter, Controlled with Mach3. I like that you can stop printing and resume. That is just cool. So Last night after some frustration with the TB6560 4 AXIS stepper driver I realized I was ...
