I would have to undo the 3 bolts and unclip wiring. I'm guessing 15-20 mins work. Then Recalibrate which is what I don't like doing

Professional laser cut. A home made job won't do it this machine can cut up to 25mm thick. The SS parts weight 61 grams and all up with e3d is 261 grams Its actually across the road and is crown land. Just finished up the mount for the E3D V6. All made from laser cut stainless steel. Big thanks to Mcslappy's for his design. Mcslappy show us some pics of how yours turns out. David I was going to suggest that first but assumed it was doing it from the beginning. It was written in the manual. I luckily did not need to tweak it as it extrudes the exact amount I tell it to. Thats great mcslappy is a top guy and you will definitely notice a difference with the enclosure. HAHA I was scratching my head thinking how do you know i fly quads...but yeah photo bucket. I used to use the KK but noticed that hobby king screwed the guy that came up with it, so I won't be buying it ...

EDIT** I really need to learn how the type more accurately For ABS having an enclosure is like the difference between night and day. it hasn't affected the belt or arm, however the longest print I've had on with it so far has been 13 hours more time might pose a problem. i would be more than happy to share the stl's but there are a lot of them. Hopefully I can do a write up when I get some time.
The whole enclosure is self supporting no screws needed. These are the measurements i came up.
