Thanks for the clarification. I don't see any problem yet (/crosses fingers). When I check calibration squares, I am coming within .1 mm of the size. 25mm box came up with a 24.92x25.01x25.08 box and 100mm box came up to 99.96x100.14x100.09. Got it up and running, Took a q-tip, cut it in half and cleaned out the SD card bay with alcohol. Works fine now.

Yes I have. I have tried a kingston micro SD with adaptor and the Sandisk that came with the Controller. Thanks for the suggestion though.
