Re: infill alternating 90 degrees between levels
Awesome! Changed my infill width from .4 to .6 and the infill is beautiful!! Glad kisslicer looks like it's gonna work for me because I already bought the pro license. I like to support devs for freeware that I use.

Re: infill alternating 90 degrees between levels
I'll try the infill width. Don't know why I didn't see that one.

Re: infill alternating 90 degrees between levels
Yes the extruder is calibrated, i would say cura had the best results, i didnt really give slic3r a good chance, i was getting descent, but the strings were horrible and the supports were way overkill, and the way longer slicing times turned me off. As i am very green, i am changing settings and ...

Good to know, now on to figuring out this issue. Outside is looking great, just that darn infill is killing me.

Re: infill alternating 90 degrees between levels
i guess must have some flow issues then, because with these patterns the material only stacks up at the cross over points.

infill alternating 90 degrees between levels
have kisslicer running real nice on my delta, but the infill is just crappy. When i was using slic3r or cura the infill layers stacked on each other real nice, but with kisslicer the infill gets rotated 90 degrees on each level. I can't seem to find out how to change this.

Re: azteeg x5 usb wont mount
well im up and running again. went down and bought a new sd card, sandisk 8Gb. formatted and put on firmware.bin and config file from github. I downloaded the whole thing as a zip file, then checked the md5 for the firmware. it still did not work. I unhooked all the connections and removed the board ...

Re: azteeg x5 usb wont mount
yes i can read the card just fine in both computers, it seems that it is only the usb communication between the azteeg and pc. when i install the sd card with firmware.bin on it, it is copied to FIRMWARE.CUR like it should, so it appears that the card is accessible by the azteeg, just no usb serial ...

azteeg x5 usb wont mount
Im going crazy now and can't seem to figure this out. I have been running my delta for about a week now with an azteeg x5 off my mac with multiple different software programs testing them out with no problems. repetier, pronterface, cura. anyways last night I wanted to increase my extruder retract ...

Re: azteeg x5 smoothie Very odd endstop issue
Thanks! I followed the traces under a magnifying glass and found a solder bridge on one of the surface mount chips for the endstops. I tried to break the bridge with a needle under my microscope but it still does not work. So i disabled the z-probe and used that as one of the endstops and it is ...

Re: azteeg x5 smoothie Very odd endstop issue
So I rewired the switches to NO, just so they are exactly as the wiring diagram shows on the panucutt website. So now it acts a little different, instead of only acting when both are depressed they both act when only one is depressed. The X endstop works fine, but the Y and Z appear to work as one ...

Re: azteeg x5 smoothie Very odd endstop issue
thanks for the reply, but I have all that in the config.txt file. its actually just past the spindle control section of the file. I put a gap so it was easier for me to find quickly while I was editing it, so that might have looked like the end of the file in the post.

azteeg x5 smoothie Very odd endstop issue
O.K. heres the deal I have an azteeg x5 on a custom built delta and I am using repetier, the endstops are not registering correctly. The alpha endstop works fine, but the beta and gamma endstop will only register if both are pressed together. ie.. beta by itself = 0, gamma by itself = 0, beta+gamma ...
