So today I try to print Yoda but it's not perfect. Here is the picture can someone Point out what is the problem for me plz?? There a lot of bubble on the eyes what is this problem??

I try to print several times the same circle, try to calibrate it the most i can but it's still not perfect. I try to adjust the tension of the belt, try to level the bed, try different temp and try to change the filament size in the software. But the circle still not perfect, can someone help me ...

I have this problem before and fix it by putting the nut with the silicone or rubber on it. The nut that's hard to screw onthe screw rod. Dont really know how to say it in word so i gonna take a pic tonight after work for u.

Ok after triple check, grouding switch and make really sure it's connect the E-stop is working now but the Z axis still not working. If I plug only the Z axis to pin 3 and pin 6 it work but when i connect the plug for Z,Y,X and E-stop it doesnt work. I measure the 2 end with multimeter and they are ...

No clicking sound when the light on. Try my heated bed Velleman and yes it has a clicking sound but not on the Hotend Velleman

Uhhh I dont really understand what you mean coz, I solder like my Velleman for heated bed so 12V+ from power supply connect directly to COM terminal. But i just try jumper wire 12V+ terminal to COM terminal but still nothing. I suspect that the relay is death.

When nothing is running i can still hear the sound errrrrrrrrr from motor and board if I press reset on mach3 no sound.

Velleman for Hotend problem
My Velleman for heated bed work really good but my Velleman for hotend doesnt work at all. I try to hook it up but hotend doesnt heat up so i take it out and try some test. The led light up but when i measure NO with ground from power supply nothing. Anyone can help plz thank you!

Everything look good but there some pronlem. 1:motor and the controller board is noisy. 2:the frame doesnt look really solid. I'm soldering the velleman, heated bed and hot end now.
