my first thought is something is slipping in the retract direction. Where you have positive output it looks good. It's just the extra between. what is your retract speed? is the idler tight against the gear in the extruder pinching the filament? when hot but not printing, are you able to retract at ...

I am having a similar problem. I have 3 wires + and 3 wires - from the 450w PSU going to the Rambo and then 12 guage wire to the Onyx. I can't get it above 90 C and that takes forever. I have 2 digital thermometers and a decent amount of experience with 2 other printers, but I'm lost as to if this ...

Is that still happening for you? I had prints that looked like that when my bed was too hot around 110-115c. Once I started using ABS glue and lowered the bed to 85c the warping went away. It's the heat coming from the bed up through the print. Double check that your bed is actually 80 and the ...

Thanks for taking the time to document.
I would also be interested in seeing pictures of how you did the electronics, wiring, endstops, etc when you get to that point. I am just about there myself.
